How to prepare content and offers with AI?

AI can accelerate drafts, but business must bring criteria: real product, prices, conditions, and tone.

Good first use

Ask for three versions of an offer: brief, technical and commercial. Then choose one base and correct data, promises and conditions.

What to prepare?

Publications, emails, budgets, comparisons, answers to questions and arguments to explain a proposal. AI works better if you give it product, public, price, normal objections and a sample of the tone used by the business.

What shouldn't you invent?

You shouldn't create discounts, deadlines, guarantees, availability, legal conditions, or technical features that aren't confirmed. It's better to have a less spectacular but correct text than a pretty promise you can't keep.

Normal risk

AI tends to sound safe even when it doesn't know your margin, stock, or deadlines. Don't publish without review. Before sending an offer, mentally highlight sensitive data: price, date, quantity, commitment, and responsibility.

Metric

Does it reduce preparation time and if customer responses are clearer? If only word changes but doesn't improve conversions, clarity or speed, use them as writing support, not central process.
