Service Terms
These terms summarize how Clarumia's express diagnosis is requested, delivered and changed during the initial validation stage.
Service offered
The express task diagnosis is an asynchronous review to detect 3 tasks where AI may save time in a small business. Delivery is made by email and includes prioritized tasks, suggested tools, an initial prompt template and a 7-day test plan.
The service does not include calls, technical automations, external tool connections, or legal, tax, employment, medical, financial or specialized technical advice.
Price and payment
During the initial validation stage, the express diagnosis may be offered free of charge for a limited number of requests or for a limited period. The website does not take automatic payments and an email request does not imply any payment or commitment to purchase.
The expected price for a future paid version is 29 €, but it may change before activation depending on scope, demand, costs, validation results or commercial criteria. If a paid version or payment gateway is enabled later, the applicable price will be shown before any purchase is completed and these terms will be updated when needed.
Changes, availability and withdrawal
Clarumia may modify, pause or stop offering the express diagnosis or other services published on the website, especially while they are in a test or validation stage. It may also adjust scope, request requirements, indicative delivery times, expected price, final price, available slots or terms before accepting new requests.
Changes do not affect a request already accepted by email unless expressly agreed, the service cannot be provided, there is a clear error or there is justified cause. In that case, the requester will be informed and, if any amount had been paid, the applicable cancellation or refund will be reviewed.
Delivery time
The indicative delivery time is 24-48 hours after Clarumia confirms by email that the request fits and that the minimum necessary information is available. If the request is incomplete, includes data that should not be processed or needs prior clarification, the time starts when the minimum information is correct.
Necessary information
The customer should send only necessary information and anonymized examples. Do not include sensitive data, third-party personal data, full contracts, histories, medical, employment or financial information, credentials or documents that are not needed for initial guidance.
Cancellation and refund
If the service is provided free of charge, the requester may cancel before the delivery is prepared, and Clarumia may also reject requests that do not fit the scope, include sensitive information or exceed available capacity.
If a paid version exists in the future, as long as Clarumia has not started preparing the delivery, the customer may cancel the request and ask for a refund of the amount paid. Once the personalized work has started or the delivery has been sent, the service is considered personalized digital content and ordinary refunds for change of mind are not expected. If Clarumia cannot provide the service, charges by mistake or clearly fails to deliver the agreed scope, the case will be reviewed and refunded when appropriate.
Clarifications
The diagnosis includes one clarification round by email if any part of the delivery is unclear. The clarification is not a second full delivery or ongoing consulting.
Liability limits
Clarumia proposes small, reviewable tests. The requester remains responsible for decisions, data, customer communications and any change applied to the business. Economic results, specific savings, indefinite service continuity or suitability for regulated or high-risk situations are not guaranteed.
