- If the free plan is enough.
- Monthly and annual price.
- Automated renewal and cancellation.
- Data you will upload.
- Alternative you already have paid for.
What counts as real savings?
It's not enough that the tool seems comfortable. It must save time on correction, reduce errors, allow you to do a task you previously avoided or improve an important decision.
What traps should I look for?
Check if the shown price is monthly or annual, if there are message limits, if good features are in another plan and if canceling is easy. Note the renewal date before paying.
Decision
If there is no repeated task, wait. If there is a weekly task and clear savings, try a month with review date. If it doesn't improve results in two weeks, cancel before it becomes a fixed expense.
